Why Eagleway

An infrastructure partner built for complex underground work.

Eagleway Communications LLC is structured for professional underground utility work — directional drilling, hydrovac, and utility installation delivered by trained crews on our own equipment. We take on work for homeowners and local business and property owners who need a route under a driveway, walkway, or parking area, and we continue to work directly with fiber and broadband providers, municipalities, utilities, engineering firms, and prime contractors.

Homeowners & Property Owners

An underground route on your own property.

Directional boring is our primary method for these jobs, with hydrovac used to expose existing utilities where it helps. We review local property work within about a three-hour one-way road drive of Edinboro, Pennsylvania — overnight and multi-day work is fine, so there's no same-day-return restriction. Final connections to gas, electrical, or plumbing systems are handled by the appropriate licensed parties, not by us.

Directional boring for homes and property
  • Directional bore under a driveway, walkway, or parking area
  • Conduit run out to a garage, shop, barn, or outbuilding
  • Water line or irrigation crossing without opening up the surface
  • Empty conduit placed now for a future cable or fiber pull

03
Mobilization

Right-sized crew and equipment on site with the drill fluid, tooling, and support needed to produce.

04
Execution & Restoration

Bore, install, backfill, restore, and hand off with daily reports and clean as-builts.

Start Your Project

Tell us about your crossing or your project.

Homeowners and property owners: a few photos and a description of where the line needs to go is enough to get started. Contractors, utilities, and municipalities: send drawings, scope, and target dates. Either way we'll review it and come back with next steps.
