Eagleway Communications LLC ("Eagleway", "we", "us") operates eaglewaycommunications.com (the "Site"). This policy explains what information we collect on the Site, why we collect it, and how we handle it.
Information you give us
When you submit the quote form or contact us, we collect the fields you provide: name, company, email, phone, project location, service needed, client type, target timeline, project status, estimated bore footage, preferred drawing format, and project description. If you upload drawings or documents, those files are stored in our project storage (hosted on Supabase) so our estimating team can review them.
Information collected automatically
The Site may automatically receive standard technical information such as IP address, browser, device type, referring URL, and pages viewed. This is used to keep the Site secure and to understand how it is used.
Analytics and advertising
Where enabled, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure Site usage in aggregate, and the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to reach people who have shown interest in underground utility construction services. When a lead is submitted, we send hashed contact information (email and phone) to Meta so it can be matched with existing accounts for measurement. If these tools are not configured on the Site, no data is sent to them.

How we use the information
- To respond to quote and contact requests and prepare proposals.
- To coordinate project execution and follow up on ongoing work.
- To keep the Site secure, prevent abuse, and improve usability.

Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the Site and our business (hosting, database, storage, email delivery, analytics, advertising measurement), and when required by law.
Retention
Quote requests and uploaded project files are retained as long as needed to evaluate and deliver the project, and afterward for our business records. You may request deletion of your submission at any time by emailing alae@eaglewaycommunications.com.
Your choices
You may email alae@eaglewaycommunications.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have submitted through the Site. You may also disable cookies in your browser and opt out of Google Analytics using Google's opt-out tools.
Children
The Site is intended for business users. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
